We are looking for experienced QA & QC professionals from the dairy industry to manage and ensure product quality at Jayshri Gayatri Food Products Pvt Ltd. The candidates will oversee quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory compliance, ensuring all dairy products meet the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management: Implement and manage QA/QC processes for production, ensuring all products meet safety and quality standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and other dairy industry standards.
Audits & Inspections: Conduct internal audits, manage external inspections, and address non-compliance issues.
Team Leadership: Lead and train the QA/QC team, ensuring adherence to quality processes.
Reporting: Maintain records of quality checks, audits, and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications:
Education: B.Tech/M.Tech Dairy Technology (Mandatory)
Experience: 2-15 years in dairy QA/QC roles
Skills: Knowledge of QA/QC standards, regulatory compliance, HACCP, ISO, and excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
