With a ‘Millet’y twist, the snacks become inherently organic, tasty & nutrient dense. Note – Ingredients like Millets need a third of the water required by Rice. They are hardy grains which can withstand long periods of drought, and they require little fertilizers to thrive. This makes them Organic in nature. We work to build this community.

What You’ll Do:
- Implement and manage a company-wide Quality Management System (QMS)
- Oversee CMU audits, food safety checks, and warehouse quality control
- Ensure regulatory compliance (FSSAI, FDA, HACCP, ISO 9001, etc.)
- Handle customer complaints and drive continuous improvement
- Lead and mentor QA/QC teams, ensuring high standards every step of the way
What You Bring:
- Degree in Food Technology / Microbiology / Biotechnology
- 5+ years in QA/QC, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing
- Expertise in audits, traceability, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
