Position: Quality Assurance Executive
Location: Bhopal
Experience: 2+ Years
Do you have a passion for ensuring high-quality food standards and safety? 🍽️ Join our dynamic team at The Akshaya Patra Foundation and play a crucial role in maintaining excellence in food safety and quality assurance!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Food Safety team and oversee daily operations
- Conduct sensory evaluations & physical inspections to verify product quality
- Ensure Food Safety Management System (FSMS) is effectively implemented & maintained
- Collaborate with internal teams & liaise with external agencies for FSMS
- Monitor production processes and hygiene standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives like TPM, Kaizen & 5S
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations
Preferred:
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards
- 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance role in the food industry
