Job Description:
- Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive
- Department: QA/Quality Control
- Reporting To: QA Manager
- Location: APLUS FOODS Pvt. Ltd. Nawanshahr, Punjab
- Education: B.Tech in Food Technology , BSc & MSc Agricultural
- Experience: [ 1-3 years in QA or QC]
- Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and quality manuals.
- Ensure proper documentation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, ISO, FSSAI, FDA, and other food safety standards.
- Maintain updated records for certifications, audits, and regulatory approvals.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Prepare and maintain audit checklists, CAPA reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Ensure all production and quality control records are properly documented and stored.
- Support the Quality Control team in recording test reports and validation data.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on documentation procedures and compliance standards.
- Address customer queries related to quality documentation and compliance
Skills:
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP,ISO 22000,FDA, etc.)
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with QA tools and software.
