Job Description
Position Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Function: Quality Assurance
Educational Qualification: B Tech- Food Technology
Experience:
- 11-12+ years’ experience in QA- QC in reputed firm / corporate office
- Prior experience of handling consumer complaints/ dealing with consumers directly
Desired Competencies:
- Good communication skills, written & verbal
- Experience on CRM tool preferred
- Expertise on excel / working on spread sheets is essential

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems and continuously update guidelines and metrics as per Food Safety Management system to cover all Processes in the Value Chain.
- Establish mechanism for effective Monitoring and Review of key metrics related to compliance of established Quality processes (through periodic audit or otherwise)
- Lead the development of Quality Capability in the System through Deployment, Training Plans and Coaching.
- Institutionalization of Operational Excellence program such as TQM, TPM, Lean and Six Sigma across various business processes.
