- Job Title: Quality assurance Manager (Urgent)
- Location: GEOFAST INDUSTRIES INDIA LTD _ INDORE
- Educational Qualification: Food technology, Microbiology, or related science courses – UG/PG
- Experience: 6-7 years experience in Food industry as online quality control / quality assurance resource with FSMS team leader experience. Bakery industry preferable. Experience of preparing and implementing FSSAI / HACCP / FSMS in food processing facility
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. FSSAI license updated
2. FSSC system and GMP implemented and maintained.
3.Track and maintain evaluation metrics and tracking Cost of poor quality and Hold incidents.
4.Take proactive measures to reduce wastage and product recalls.
5. Monitor the customer & consumer complaints, prepare detailed root cause analysis and mitigation plan to be prepared for genuine complaint
6. Review RFT on Monthly basis and Necessary Continuous Improvement Plan to Failures (if any)
7. External lab testing and environmental monitoring tracking and execution
8. Knowledge of HACCP, Food safety management systems and GMP guidelines with Auditing skills.
9. Good communications skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Creative and effective problem solver, sound and reliable judgment, and unquestionable integrity.
10. Training and capability building on GMP, Food safety and Quality requirements.
