Maalav Mahila Milk Producer Company was incorporated on 18th August, 2017 under Part IX A of companies Act 1956 with an aim to bring socio economic change in the life of rural poor. The company has started its business operations from 1st July 2018, with mere 1667 members as the shareholders of the company.
The operations of the company are spread over Rajgarh, Shivpuri, Guna, Datia and Sheopur districts of Madhya Pradesh. Over a period of time, the company has received an overwhelming response from the milk producers of the area and it has mobilized around 23,000 plus members till date. At present, the company is procuring 1,00000 ltr of fresh raw milk from its registered producer members who are spread across 750 villages of Madhya Pradesh, particularly in Rajgarh district.
The main objective of the Company is to carry on the business of procuring, pooling, processing and marketing of milk to create maximum value for its shareholders and at the same time provide the best quality milk and milk products to the customers.

Qualification:
1. Graduate in Dairy/Food/Science disciplines
2. Post Graduation in Dairy Technology
Experience:
1. 0-4 Years of Experience
2. Experience in working in rural areas desirable
CTC Range- 3-5LPA as per your experience
Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control & Testing: Conducting routine milk testing (physio-chemical and microbial). Ensuring proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Monitoring Total Solid variance.
2. BMC Operations & Monitoring: Assisting in the management and monitoring of BMC activities. Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
3. Compliance & Documentation: Assisting in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintaining accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and other relevant documentation.
4. Field Support & Training: Providing support to field staff on quality-related issues. Assisting in the delivery of training programs.
5. Customer Complaints: Assisting in the investigation and resolution of customer complaints.
6. Coordination & Communication: Coordinating with the purchase department, receiving plants, and other stakeholders.
7. Internal Audits: Conducting internal quality audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS along with Head.
