Minus 18 Frozen Foods is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced professionals to join our team!
1️⃣ Quality Executive
📌 Experience: 5-6 years in the frozen french fries or frozen food industry
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain quality control processes
- Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Conduct audits, inspections, and quality checks
- Work with production teams to maintain product consistency
- Handle customer complaints and corrective actions
🔹 Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Experience in French fries production is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
2️⃣ Production Executive
📌 Experience: 8-10 years in the frozen food industry
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily production operations
- Ensure efficient production of frozen french fries and other frozen foods
- Implement best manufacturing practices for quality and efficiency
- Monitor and improve production processes to reduce waste and enhance output
- Lead and train production teams to maintain high standards
🔹 Requirements:
- Strong experience in frozen food processing and manufacturing
- Knowledge of equipment, processes, and production planning
- Ability to handle large-scale operations and team management
