Responsibilities:-
[I. Streamline the Vendor Management Process by Collection & updating of vendor list
· Obtain Organic soil/ Organic produce certificate from Vendors
· Test the soil/ Test the produce.
II. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes by implementing Good Manufacturing practice / Good Handling practice at The Warehouse
III. Devise and review specifications for products or processes
IV. Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
V. Supervise Quality Auditors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
VI. Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
VII. Approve the right products or reject defectives
VIII. Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis for ISO Certification Process (ISO 9001 / 22000 for the Warehouse process & functions)
IX. Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met including Complaints handling by Complaint tracking mechanisms
X. Wastage reduction by Analysis & Measurement method
XI. Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
XII .Any other certifications/ other responsibilities as required by the Management.
Qualifications
Education in BSC, MSC in food technology.
ISO Certification process.
Organic food.
