Our signature chocolatey and nutty flavour comes from single-origin, Grade-A plantation beans grown at 5300ft in Chikmagalur, Karnataka – some of the best there is around the world.

Job Overview: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Quality & Regulatory Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a strong understanding of best manufacturing practices and processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory::
- To provide regulatory counsel to the R&D team and management to stay compliant with FSSAI guidelines and rules.
- To keep abreast of regulatory rules and regulations, notifications, guidelines and documents that are released from time to time by the government and the FSSAI.
- Have an understanding of the Legal Metrology Act and advice on Labelling Regulations in accordance with the law.
- Actively coordinate with R&D, Design, Production Departments, and External Partners.
- Conducting Both Internal and External Audits as per set standards.
- Ensure management of FSSAI Licenses
Join FSSC 22000 V6 – Internal Auditor Training and certification program.
Quality:
- Inspection of RM, PM, SPM, SFG, and FG across the plant.
- Monitor and Set Standards and SOPs for the factory as well production floor.
- Handle Customer Complaints and maintain records and RCAs
- Ensure Inspection of Raw Materials and maintain COA and other documentation.
- Ensure the health and hygiene of all employees and maintain standards as per GMP for both warehouse and production staff.
- Ensure Optimisation of all Regulatory and Quality Costs.
- Ensure checks for both Inbound and Outbound Material
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality and Regulatory work at a Food & Beverage firm.
Skills and Competencies:
- Candidate should have attention to details and strong values and ethics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for coffee and commitment to quality and sustainability.
