Job Opportunity: R&D Department – Seasonings for Snacks
We’re seeking an experienced R&D professional to join our team in Indore, specializing in developing innovative seasonings for snacks like wafers, namkeen, Fryums, and nachos.
Location: Indore, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new seasoning flavors trending in the market
- Create seasonings that match target samples provided by customers
- Conduct sensory evaluations and refine seasoning formulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in R&D, food science, or a related field
- Expertise in seasoning development and flavor profiling
- Strong understanding of food trends and consumer preferences
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
