Position: R&D Executive
Location: Bharoda (Anand Dist., Gujarat)
Qualification: B.Tech./M.Tech (Food Technology)
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Industry: FMCG (Pickles, sauces, Paste, RTE)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong culinary skills to innovate and convert raw ingredients into finished food products.
- Oversee the sensory lab, conducting daily sensory evaluations of finished good including those sourced from outsourced locations.
- Perform regular inspections and sensory evaluations of Semi-Finished Goods (SFG) stock to ensure quality.
- Conduct online sensory evaluations of products during production to ensure consistency and quality.
- Assist and monitor activities on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to production processes and quality standards.
- Conduct commercial trials for new product launches and revisions to existing recipes.
- Communicate and document any deviations in product quality or processes as required.
