- Job Description: R&D Senior Executive
- Location: Noida, Delhi NCR
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Senior Executive specializing in the formulation of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in beverage research and development, with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. This role will be crucial in driving innovation, ensuring product quality, and meeting market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Formulation:
-Develop and innovate new beverage recipes, including both non-alcoholic (juices, soft drinks, energy drinks, etc.) and alcoholic beverages (beer, spirits, cocktails, etc.).
-Refine existing beverage products to improve taste, nutritional value, and market appeal.
-Conduct trials and pilot runs to test and optimize formulations.
Regulatory Compliance:
-Ensure all beverage formulations comply with local and international food safety and regulatory standards.
-Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements affecting product formulations.
Experience:
-A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in beverage R&D, specifically in the formulation of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
-Demonstrated experience in developing and launching new beverage products.
-In-depth knowledge of beverage ingredients, nutrition, and regulatory requirements.
