Position: Regional Quality Manager – South India.
Experience: 16-18 years in Water or Beverage Industry
Location: Bangalore
Qualifications and Skills:
- Regional Quality Control and Assurance skills
- Experience in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Knowledge of Quality Auditing processes
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to handle the team.
Quality Assurance & Control:
- Develop, implement, and monitor robust quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and inspections of production facilities and franchise units to uphold quality standards.
- Analyze quality performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address any gaps.
- Franchise Operations Management:
- Collaborate with franchise partners to ensure alignment with company quality protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and training to franchise teams on quality standards, product consistency, and operational excellence.
- Monitor franchise performance and address deviations from established quality benchmarks.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all operations adhere to local, regional, and international food safety and beverage industry regulations.
- Prepare and present compliance documentation for regulatory audits and inspections.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals across the region.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Organize training programs to keep teams updated on the latest quality standards and industry trends.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive initiatives for process optimization and waste reduction in production and supply chain activities.
- Stay updated on industry innovations to implement advanced quality control methods and technologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Beverage Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 18-20 years of progressive experience in quality management within the beverage or food industry, with a significant portion of this time managing franchise operations.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and other relevant quality and safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster relationships with franchise partners.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
