Reliance Consumer Products has strengthened its presence in Northeast India with the inauguration of a new Campa Cola bottling plant in Guwahati, Assam. This development marks a significant expansion for the brand in the region, enhancing its production capabilities and market reach.
State-of-the-Art Facility:
Developed in collaboration with local partner Jericho, the new bottling facility was inaugurated by Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma. Spanning over 6 lakh square feet, the plant stands as one of the largest beverage manufacturing units in Northeast India. It boasts an impressive initial production capacity of 10 crore litres for carbonated soft drinks and nearly 18 crore litres for packaged drinking water.
Assam CM Highlights Affordability and Quality:
During the inauguration, CM Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma emphasized the affordability and quality of Campa Cola’s products.
“Common people can purchase Campa’s products at a very affordable price. That is one of the big advantages with Campa Cola. While they are giving at an affordable price, they are not compromising with the quality, which is at par with other global standards. I believe that this brand will grow from strength to strength and will have an opportunity to expand more,” he stated.

The Chief Minister further highlighted the positive economic impact of the facility, stressing its role in job creation for the people of Assam.

The new plant is expected to significantly boost the region’s economic landscape by generating employment and fostering industrial growth.
