Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting audits on compliance with FSSAI food safety standards, hygiene and sanitation process of restaurant outlet, food retail outlet, cloud kitchens, supplier audit etc.
- Renewal and completion of FSSAI
- Conduct hygiene rating audits and submit
- Providing food safety & hygiene training to food handlers, production supervisors and outlet staff.
- Monitor process of food preparation, handling, storage and transportation process
- Review the required compliance documents related to audit
- Provide feedback, solutions, awareness to the staff based on the nonconformities observed.
- Connecting different departments for the effective closure of non-conformances.
- Monitoring DC quality activities like online monitoring, pest control, SOP etc.
- Prepare checklist for DC online activities, supplier audit and outlet audits and review periodically.
- Preparing FSMS plan for DC and outlets – SOPs, HACCP, CCP, OPRP
- Coordination and completion of FoSTaC Training for outlet staff.
- Coordinating with Ops team and completion of staff medical check ups
Key Requirements:
- Should have done Internal Auditor course in ISO 22000
- Experience in similar QSR audit will be an added advantage
