Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidate who has 2 – 4 years experience in Quality Assurance and is leading a team. Holds a BTech. / MTech in Food Technology or MSc in Microbiology / Food Technology with Exposure to FSSC/ ISO 22000; HACCP, Frozen food, RTE, Audits, FSSAI Licensing, Cold storage and transportation segment, Equipment Calibration. Must have hands-on experience in defining, drafting, implementing Quality Assurance procedures and conducting as well as appearing for, periodic and adhoc audits in line with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP standards. The job profile includes travelling to client and warehouse locations across India. Should be a self-starter and capable to work with minimum supervision covering all quality mandates within the gamut of a Food Service business. Should have exposure to GFSI audits and handle food safety concerns.

Key Job Responsibilities

Customer Complaint Resolution

  • Coordinating with the customers, vendors and internal warehouse and providing timely resolution basis internal investigation and findings;
  • Liaise with the suppliers for further closure on the complaints and build the business relationship;
  • Sharing the root cause and CAPA with the respective stakeholders against the complaints;
  • Commitment to complaints management to ensure customer satisfaction

Internal and External Audits

  • Traveling to warehouses across regions in case of external audits from the client-side;
  • Liaise with the warehouse service providers and initiate necessary actions and improvement plans basis internal/external audit findings;

Reporting and Escalation Management

  • Preparing the complaint trackers and sharing the consolidated report along with analysis and TAT/resolution time with the respective stakeholders as per reporting deadlines;
  • Preparing the traceability exercises in case of recall or mock recall activities;
  • Internal coordination with the warehouse team and monitoring the quality process in each warehouse;
