We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Executive or Team Leader for our Production Department to help drive excellence and growth in our operations.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth operations.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of operators and production staff to meet production targets efficiently.
- Ensure production schedules are met while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Monitor the performance of production equipment and ensure timely maintenance.
- Manage and optimize production processes, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, waste minimization, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-10 years in production roles within FMCG industries, preferably in beverages, liquor, breweries, or distillery.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
- Proven experience in team management, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing production challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations within the FMCG industry.
