We have urgent requirement of Shift- Brewer in Vairagi Breweries Pvt. Ltd. – Barabanki (UP).
Experience – 2-3 Years Minimum (Consider Only Beer Industry)
Qualification: – Post Graduation/ Graduation
Responsibilities:
- Day to day handling shift operation like: Raw material reconciliation, brewing temp profile, able to manage yeast management operations. Raw material and final products flavour to meet the set quality standards. Lookout the also beer filtration activities.
- Managing end to end plant operations with respect to PGP and quality standards from brewing to production.
- Ensuring high quality of all products made and making improvements for achieving better quality.
- Focus on raw material consummation, filter powder consumption, Utility usage,
- Also able to handle SAP module and UP excise module.
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Salary: As per industry.
