Essential Role & Responsibilities:
We are actively looking Sr. Executive for Quality main focus will be to identify, source and win new technics in various products quality
Key responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain food safety and quality control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSAI, ISO, and other relevant food safety standards.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance.
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in food preparation areas.
- Keep updated with food industry regulations and implement necessary changes.
- Inspect and approve incoming raw materials and ingredients.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality standards.
- Investigate customer complaints related to food quality and safety.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
