The Coca‑Cola Company and its bottling partners are collectively known as the Coca‑Cola system. The Coca‑Cola Company does not own, manage or control most local bottling companies but works collectively to manage our impacts, aiming to create shared opportunity as a total beverage company.
The Coca‑Cola Company operations model includes operating segments by geographic area: North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Asia Pacific. This also includes our corporate functions, platform services, Global Ventures and Bottling Investments Group (BIG). Combined, these create endless career opportunities all over the world.
Complementing our work to build great brands is our disciplined approach to bringing new relevant products, equipment and ideas to market. Consumer centricity allows us to drive incremental growth through innovation. Intelligent experimentation goes beyond new flavors and brands to include product, package and process. It encourages local markets to test their ideas in a way that enables us to nurture and scale them, allowing us to expand across geographies faster than before.
We believe everyone is a leader, and everyone’s leadership journey is unique. Leadership is less about a formal position and more about the act of leading. Every employee has the ability to lead in their own way and can do so by exemplifying our leadership behaviors.
At Coca‑Cola, our leaders strive to be role models, set their team’s agenda and help people be their best selves. We provide our managers the tools, training and support they need to enable their teams to reach our growth objectives.
