Bühler Group in Bangalore, India, is looking for passionate professionals to join our team as Technologists for the Businesses of Chocolate Mass, Biscuits, and Wafers. You will provide technical advice and direction in your field of specialization and be the first point of contact for customers and Sales team where technical know-how is required.

Tasks
- All-encompassing customer support, consulting, commissioning, and troubleshooting on-site.
- Technical training for customers at the laboratory or on the customer site.
- Technological support of Sales and visits to customers along with the sales team for technical discussions, as and when required.
- Customer consulting concerning processes and choice of raw materials, product development, and innovations.
- Sound knowledge of food technology and/or process engineering, particularly in the field of Chocolate Mass /Biscuits /Wafers.
- Targeted and efficient application of the available, common information technology and information tools.
- Collaboration with project management in technology or product development projects.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Food Science/Technology or Engineering Degree in Process.
- Training in Confectionery, Bakery, and associated fields will be preferred.
Preferred qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the Confectionery industry / Biscuits /Baking /Wafers Industry.
- Hands-on Experience in product development.
- Understanding of manufacturing process, Equipment, and methodology
