Role Description
The Trainee Food Technologist will assist in food production, developing, troubleshooting, and commercializing formulations of shelf stable food products using thermal processing / retort technology. Perform product improvement projects, provide technical data, and maintain document systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology
- Knowledge of Sensory Evaluation and Quality Control skills
- Knowledge of Food Technology and Laboratory Skills
- Knowledge of Research and Development (R&D) experience
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong attention to detail
