Yontus Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, Guntur bearing FSSAI Reg. No. 73/S/FSSAI/2021 and NABL Certificate No. TC-9555 was recognized and notified by FSSAI u/s 43(1) of FSS Act, 2006 vide Gazette Notification F. No. QA-12012/8/2021-QA-FSSAI dated 02nd September, 2021 for Chemical and Biological scope of testing for the purpose of carrying out the analysis of food sample under Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and Rules and Regulations made thereunder.
It is noted that Yontus Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd, Guntur has been suspended by NABL w.e.f 30th December, 2022 as per the conditions 1 of clause 4.4 of the NABL Document No. 216.
Thus, due to the suspension of the aforementioned laboratory by NABL (accreditation body), Yontus Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd, Guntur is hereby suspended with immediate effect from carrying out analysis of samples under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and Rules and Regulations made thereunder as per regulation clause 10(2) read with clause 10(1)(iii) of the Food Safety and Standards (Recognition and Notification of Laboratories) Regulations, 2018 for a period of six months or till the revocation of suspension by NABL.
This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
