You support nutrition and well-being strategies across all categories including biscuit, chocolate, and beverages for the business unit. Your interactions are across multiple functional groups such as product development, marketing, regulatory and scientific affairs, global teams, and nutrition organizations.
How you will contribute
Working with brand teams, R&D, regulatory and scientific affairs, consumer insights, nutrition research, and legal, provide strategic guidance and support to product development and marketing on nutrition and well-being messages, claims development and substantiation, nutrition profile, and scientific study. You will assess, and report compliance with established internal nutrition requirements and lead internal nutrition and well-being education programs to increase employee knowledge and awareness on relevant topics. In addition, you will implement local health influencer outreach programs and nutrition conference strategies to drive brand credibility and growth. This role will require you to partner with regulatory and science affairs, corporate affairs and global nutrition network to support external influencing strategies and stakeholders’ communication related to nutrition agenda.

More about this role
What extra ingredients you will bring:
* A good understanding of applied nutrition and industry, government, and professional health community practices related to food and nutrition issues in India.
* Some technical knowledge of food processes, technologies, ingredients and formulae
* PR agency experience, or experience working with an agency
Education / Certifications:
* Minimum BSc degree in Human Nutrition or a related field is required.
* Dietitian or Nutritionist accreditation or registered with the official professional nutrition body.
Travel requirements: Minimal Travel
Work schedule: 5 days working – General Shift based in Thane, Maharashtra
Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
