About the Role:
Provide all necessary information to supervise the Production Manager through activities of monitoring and analysis of the performance of labor and productive lines and through drafting of managerial reports.
Main Responsibilities:
USE OF PRODUCTION FACTORS
• Collaborate in the optimization of the use of the production through specific analysis
• Manage Area inventory, inserting, verifying and updating data in the SAP system
• Gives to Supply Chain Plant division data regarding packaging/semi-finished/raw material, in case of mid-week modifications of production plan
MONITORING OF PERFORMANCES
• Carry out the actual production, line performance analysis, monitoring of the use of production factors with the support of the Officer for the gathering and analysis of the figures
• Take part in the production meetings presenting the analysis arising from the monitoring of the performances
CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT
• Support in the identification of improvement initiatives
• Identify and propose improvement areas for the activities of his competence
PRODUCTION SCHEDULING
• Collaborate with the Production scheduling responsible in the draft of the weekly production scheduling with the support of the Area Manager
• Collaborate with Area Manager in performing gap analysis, providing all necessary figures
MAINTENANCE
• Is consulted in the planning of scheduled maintenance activities for the definition of the intervention timing
BUDGET
• Maintenance Budget: provide the Area and the Maintenance all necessary figures to draft the budget
• Budget for investments: provide the Area and the Maintenance all necessary figures to draft the budget
• Draft the budget for general expenses
Who we are looking for:
- B.Tech or M.Tech with 7 to 8 years relevant experiance
- Good knowhow of food process industries,manpower handling skill, Process improvement, SAP Handling
