Qualification:- B.Tech, M.Sc in food Technology or B.Sc (CBZ)

Job Profile

Responsible to maintain the all Process related documents and handling the FSSC 22000 audit.

Having sound knowledge of Quality Systems, Food Safety, FSSAI, Quality Control, Regulatory requirements and knowledge of Tomato based, RTE/RTC, Mayonnaise and dressings of product.

Responsible for food safety compliance and ensure implementation of company’s SOP’s, GMP, FSSAI, HACCP and FSMS requirements.

Validation and verification and Analyses the Market Complaints.
