Join us as our new Sustainability Analyst
As the sustainability analyst in operations, supply and quality, you will be working with stakeholders across functions to help deliver the sustainability targets around climate, water and circular. You will get to work with latest concepts on sustainability and build your experience of working hands-on within this domain in an operations setting. Additionally, you will get to work with a great team and colleagues from different backgrounds who are equally passionate about sustainability!

Operations, Supply & Quality (OSQ) is responsible for creating a safe work environment and culture for all Zymers and for keeping our promises as an outstanding supplier of biological solutions and services. Altogether, we guarantee that Novozymes delivers top-line growth and high-quality biosolutions through the application of new technologies, processes, digitalization and big-scale manufacturing and supply expertise that improve our customers’ business and make a sustainable impact. Sustainability targets on climate, water and circular aimed at making own operations more sustainable are anchored with this department.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Driving sustainability related improvements and changes within the organization and building more sustainable operations.
To succeed you must hold:
Apart from professional qualification which is master’s degree in sustainability, environmental or natural sciences, business, communication or other relevant area or equivalent experience in the field of sustainability, you must also hold a temperament to work independently and in an agile set-up. Below are some of the traits that you must possess and must have demonstrated in your previous work experience:
- Knowledgeable within the area of sustainability especially on environmental topics like climate, water, circular packaging, logistics and transport will be an advantage
- Strong track record of results and impact from previous position
- Demonstrated communication, project management, stakeholder management and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office package, specifically PowerPoint and Word
