About the Role:
To Ensure purchasing activity with the required and expected quality standards.
Develops and activates new supply sources or new partnship in order to lower prices, improve quality standards set by Quality and packaging development, guarantee business continuity. Regularly monitoring of supplier performance and management of suppliers portfolio, customer satisfaction. well-versed with how capitalization market and on existing suppliers.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Ensures budget and medium-term plan goals achievement while meeting timing, costs, and required features by Manager.
2.Analyzes, in support to the Manager, the local market, identifying suppliers that are potentially suitable to quality and innovation Ferrero Group requirements.
3.Well versed with Purchase Management Performs procurement activities for local materials, and managing the relative orders/contracts in order to ensure Packaging materials availability to relative production lines, while meeting set goals volumes, timing, and quality standards.
4.Working with all stakeholders on daily activities, constraints, mitigation plan.
5.Ensures at local level procurement continuous improvement activities, having strong interaction with plant stakeholders, with the goals of TCO minimization and operative excellence.
6.Responsible for legal contract negotiation and execution with the Supports of Local Legal Department and possible litigations with local suppliers.
7.Performs negotiation for local supply in order to minimize TCO as well as ensuring compliance with qualitative/quantitative parameters and delivery timing.
8.Monitors local suppliers’ performances in the relative productive units, in order to achieve objectives in terms of security, quality, quantity, timing and competitiveness as well as keeping track of performances for Group Vendor rating.
9.Performs analysis of supplier’s behavior on the local market and providing information regarding market evolution
Who we are looking for:
- Master/Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 4 to7 yrs Experience in reputed FMCG Packaging Materials
- Good communication Skill
- Knowledge of Packaging Industry, Negotiation Skill with Business Urgency
- Leadership qualities with curiosity to deliver business competitiveness
- Result oriented with highest positive impact on Business units
- Ability to use networks to influence business activity
- Ready to learn newer tools and adept to changes with positive attitude towards work
