Aim
Aim of this course is to provide well understanding about space foods which include various technologies involved in product development and many facts about space foods.
Who should attend
Anyone can attend the program with basics / fundamentals of foods as the only prerequisites. Most preferable for Food Science and technology, biotechnology, microbiology, agricultural sciences, nutrition and dietetics and other relevant backgrounds.
